XDocs for Sales

Proposal tracking and e-signatures for sales teams, written back to the CRM

Send the proposal as a tracked link, see which sections the buyer spent time on, and turn the same document into the order form they sign.

  • Section-level reading time on every proposal
  • Signature status written back to HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bulk send one agreement to many recipients
  • Approvals in Slack before anything leaves the workspace

How it goes

  1. 1

    Before the call

A buyer who read the pricing section twice and skipped the case studies is a different conversation from one who never opened the link. You see which it is.

  2. 2

    At the close

The proposal is already a document, so the order form is the same page with signature fields added. No export, no upload, no second tool.

  3. 3

    After the signature

Completion updates the CRM record you linked, fires a webhook, and files the signed PDF where the team can find it.

Know what the buyer read before the next call

A proposal sent as an attachment disappears. A proposal sent as an XDocs link reports back: who opened it, when, from where, and which sections held their attention. Reading time is counted per section and only while that section is on screen in an active tab, so the number means what it says. A buyer who read the pricing page twice and skipped the case studies is a different conversation from one who forwarded it to procurement, and a different one again from one who has not opened it. Internal visits and your own domain are left out automatically, retroactively, so the numbers are the buyer's and nobody else's. Webhooks fire on the first open and on downloads, into Slack or the CRM.

The proposal is already the order form

The usual close is an export to PDF, an upload to a signing tool, a hunt for the right place to put the signature field, and a second link to the buyer. In XDocs the proposal is a document, so the order form is the same page with signature, name, date and title fields added where they belong in the sentence. Fields belong to a named recipient; routing is sequential or parallel; reminders, expiry, reassignment and voiding are built in. The buyer signs in the browser. The signed PDF, with a certificate of completion and an audit trail, lands back in the workspace and in your mailbox, and the link's reading history is attached to the deal it closed.

Signature status in HubSpot and Salesforce, without a zap

Connect the CRM once and every envelope writes its status to a property on the deal or opportunity you linked: sent, viewed, signed, declined, voided. Approvals for anything that leaves the workspace can be mirrored into a Slack channel, so a manager clicks once there and the agreement goes out. Bulk send takes one agreement and a sheet of recipients and produces a copy per row with its own fields and its own status, for renewals and annual paperwork. Everything the product does is also an API endpoint and a webhook, so the ops team can wire it into whatever else the pipeline runs on.

Priced for a team where three people send and thirty sign

Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the shape most sales teams have: a few heavy senders and many people who need to read or sign. XDocs is priced per workspace. Pro is $29 a month and Business $99 for the whole team, with reps, managers and ops all in one workspace with four roles. Signers and readers never count and never need an account. Start on the free plan with five sends a month and the full analytics, and move up when the pipeline does.
